You'N-I Update
Last Tuesday night more than 160 people, including 50+ struggling youth,
gathered at the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows to discuss helping
homeless and runaway youth and aging-out foster youth.

As we broaden our communication with the community, and particularly with
youth, I’m embracing social networking. I’ve started tweeting and will share

Most importantly, the
2014 Homeless Youth Point In Time Count is coming up, and they could use some
volunteers.
Taking place at the West Street Plaza in downtown Reno, it starts at 12:01 a.m.on January 30th and ends at 11:59 p.m., so it is a full 24-hour
count. Coordinated by Nevada Youth Empowerment Project and Build Our Center,
they need donations including toiletries, food, clothing, sleeping bags, and
